
BBQ Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 pounds, Shell on Shrimp (I like 16/20-26/30 for size)
1.5 pounds, Butter
2.5 oz, Oso Rojo Umami Bomb
3 Tbsp, Black Pepper
3 Tbsp, Old Bay
2 Tbsp, Salt
2 Tbsp, Paprika
1 Tbsp, Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp, Granulated Onion
2, Lemons
Method:
- Melt butter and juice lemons. Add all seasonings to butter and lemon juice and mix
- Mix in shrimp and put into baking pan
- Bake for 15 minutes at 450 F
- Broil for last minute
- Serve with warm baguette ripped into large chunks for dipping into the butter sauce, enjoy with good company.
