I love spicy food, within reason. I'll try any sauce or any pepper, but habaneros are the spiciest thing I'll eat regularly. Umami bomb is nowhere near that hot but it's loaded with flavor. I have taken it to work on multiple occasions. I think I just got my 6th and 7th bottles in the mail. I believe they offer it at a reasonable price but I wish they offered a bigger bottle with a bulk price. I've tried their other 3 sauces and they are excellent but I personally I think umami bomb compliments my small variety of meals more than the rest. Their mustard does go well with a brat or burger. Umami bomb is good on everything, it's the perfect amount of heat and still excellent flavor. I'm on my 3rd bottle and I have 3 more. Habanero mustard I'd my 2nd favorite, peach phantom my 3rd, and garlic jalapeno 4th however if you love garlic, you will appreciate it far more. The final 3 are excellent, I'm just not sure what foods to pair them with. Umami bomb is excellent in/on everything: Spicy chicken Ramen, Burritos, Tacos, chicken fried steak, biscuits N gravy, etc. I take one to work in my cooler and I'll put it on my McChickens. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD SELL BIGGER BOTTLES.

Bought a bottle from a local store in traverse city Michigan on a trip. Went home and immediately ordered more online. The umami sauce is incredible. A true hot sauce that puts flavor before heat!!
